Operational Excellence ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Manager to drive end-to-end process optimization in our dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute supply chain strategies across multiple production sites ensuring timely delivery for export and direct-to-consumer channels.Collaborate closely with manufacturing units to drive efficiency, capacity planning, and quality outcomes through data-driven insights.Work with cross-functional teams to translate forecasts into production and procurement plans, ensuring seamless order-to-delivery flow.Optimize costs by tracking landed cost per SKU, negotiating logistics and packaging expenses, and identifying opportunities for margin improvement.Implement data-driven visibility tools to enhance tracking, traceability, and reporting capabilities.Manage inbound shipments, consolidation, and export coordination from India to Europe, ensuring compliance with international regulations.Coordinate with design, sourcing, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics and warehousing processes.Ideal Candidate:8-10 years' experience in supply chain / operations within home & living / D2C brands.Strong understanding of vendor management, production planning, and logistics.Proven ability to manage complex multi-category supply chains (furniture, rugs, soft furnishings).Proficiency with data and technology tools (Excel, ERP/WMS, or similar).Deep attention to detail, structured thinking, and bias for action.Ability to work effectively across time zones and facilitate communication between India and Europe.
