Sourcing Specialist/Head Hunter - US IT Recruitment
Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: B.Tech/MBA.

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our US IT recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in headhunting for niche, complex roles, mid-level techies, and architects. Familiarity with US geography and expertise in leveraging various sourcing tools and social media platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Source top talent for niche IT roles, including mid-level techies and architects.
2. Utilize creative search strategies, Boolean searches, and social media platforms.
3. Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, Seekout, Hiretual, and GitHub.
4. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
5. Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless candidate experience.
6. Stay up-to-date on US market trends, technologies, and competitor activity.

Requirements:
1. 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment sourcing.
2. Proven success in headhunting for complex, niche roles.
3. In-depth knowledge of US geography and IT market.
4. Expertise in Boolean searches, social media recruitment, and sourcing tools.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Excellent profile screening expertise across brooad technology areas
7. Ability to train and mentor junior team members is a must

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Ciepal, Oorwyn, Workday, BambooHR etc..).
2. Experience with recruitment marketing platforms (e.g., Indeed, Glassdoor).
3. Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
4. Certification in recruitment or sourcing (e.g., CSSR, CERS desirable)
