2 - 4 yrs of experience in US IT Recruitment in either IT/ Engineering/Telecom field requirements, should understand US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full time position).
- Strong experience in tax terms ( W2, C2C & 1099)Negotiations & Building relationships.
- Strong understanding on US Geo. (PST, CST & EST) and market trends.
- Should have master level experience in various sourcing techniques like Dice, Career Builder, Monster, LinkedIn etc.
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, target-based recruiting, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
- Meeting targets and SLAs on a daily/weekly/quarterly basis.
- Experience working on ATS tools.
- Should have knowledge of US visa types & work authorizations.
- Looking at immediate joiners with Good Communication Skills.
