As an AI Systems Engineering Lead, you will play a critical role in leading our team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy high-performance AI-driven systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of software engineers; drive coding standards, best practices, and architecture decisions.Own end-to-end design and development of backend systems, APIs, microservices, and platform components.Work closely with AI researchers and architects to integrate models into production systems.Technical LeadershipYou will be responsible for guiding our engineering team to build scalable, secure, and efficient AI-driven systems.
