In this role, you will guide a technical team and provide expertise to ensure effective delivery and a high-quality results throughout the development of AI-based services.What You'll Do- Lead a team of engineers and data scientists to deliver a suite of AI-based services- Provide professional and technical leadership with impactful guidance, coaching, and feedback- Empower the team with clear goals and a data-informed approach to ensure excellence- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with the team- Collaborate with Product Mgmt., Architecture, and other Engineering Leaders to define and plan work- Monitor active work to manage risk, escalate blockers, and ensure delivery goals- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared roadmap milestonesWhat You'll Need to Succeed- 8+ years of experience creating high quality and scalable solutions- 8+ years of experience confirming requirements, technical designs, testing, and production readiness- 3+ years managing engineering teams and providing feedback to ensure velocity and quality- Ability to provide coaching and guidance on software development best practices, DevOps, Security best practices, and cloud native architecture- Technical leadership of Generative AI initiatives- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodology and testing practices- Ability to recruit, develop, and retain technical teams- Experience with Scrum practices and tools like Jira and Confluence- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
