Leading a team of engineers in the development of cutting-edge analog-to-digital converter technology is a high-profile role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. This includes working with customers to understand their requirements, defining product specifications, and supervising the design process from transistor-level to silicon evaluation.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have expertise in designing high-performance building block circuits such as bandgap references, op-amps, comparators, oscillators, DLLs, PLLs, and other related components. They will also be responsible for leading the development of high-resolution analog-to-digital or digital-to-analog data converter designs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Requirements: Create high-performance building block circuits such as bandgap references, op-amps, comparators, oscillators, DLLs, PLLs.Product Development: Lead the development of high-resolution analog-to-digital or digital-to-analog data converter designs.Collaboration: Work closely with customers to define products that meet their needs.Silicon Evaluation: Evaluate silicon on bench using standard lab equipment.Circuit Simulation: Use Cadence schematic capture, virtuoso, Spectre, and/or HSPICE circuit simulation tools.Project Management: Work independently and create schedules.
