Finance Manager Job DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our plant finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plant accounting, product costing, and financial analytics, with hands-on experience in Oracle and Power BI.The successful candidate will perform plant accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting. They will review product costing and inventory valuation in line with company policies and support cost control initiatives by reviewing OPEX and performing variance analysis.The Finance Manager will prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports, General Ledger (GL) accounts, and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions using Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues through persistent follow-ups and support inventory management while ensuring compliance with internal controls.The position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple follow-ups, analyze variances, and support operational excellence through financial insights. Key skills include proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Oracle ERP, as well as good communication, listening, and observation skills.A Cost Accountant/CMA degree is required, along with 4+ years of experience in plant finance, costing, or manufacturing accounting. The successful candidate must be able to work with dedication, sincerity, and ownership, and be capable of managing multiple follow-ups and ensuring task closure.
