Cloud Database Specialist RoleWe are seeking an experienced Cloud Database Specialist to administer our SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, deployment, and general administration of these database engines.The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in database administration, with a strong understanding of virtualization technologies including Microsoft Azure Cloud or Amazon Web Services. They will also have a basic knowledge of the Windows operating system and how it interacts with the database.This role involves automating DBA tasks using PowerShell or other programming languages, troubleshooting slow-running queries, optimizing indexes, analyzing execution plans, and improving database performance at scale.
