The ideal candidate should have a solid background in database administration, performance tuning, high availability, and data replication.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Manage, administer, and maintain Oracle databases in production and non-production environments.Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication.Perform database performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning.Implement backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery strategies.Support database upgrades, patching, and migration activities.Ensure database security, integrity, and availability.Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to resolve database-related issues.🔹 Required Skills & Experience:6–10 years of experience as an Oracle DBA (or update as needed).Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate (installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting).Strong knowledge of Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and performance tuning.Experience with RMAN backup and restore strategies.Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.🔹 Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) is a plus.Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python) is an advantage.
