Technical Implementation SpecialistAs a technical implementation specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless application availability and performance. You will work closely with the onboarding team to address technical inquiries from clients in a timely and effective manner.Your tasks will include monitoring application health, performing initial triage of product-related incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.You will also be responsible for analyzing incidents that occur, ensuring they are responded to promptly within agreed service level agreements. Additionally, you will write database queries needed to troubleshoot and investigate issues.Other responsibilities will include validating changes after scheduled maintenance windows, as well as performing periodic reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
