Enterprise Messaging & Collaboration Lead
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Messaging & Collaboration Lead to manage and optimize our global communication platforms. This role will be responsible for administering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Staffbase, Twilio, and SendGrid, while ensuring compliance, reliability, and seamless collaboration across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead platform transitions, knowledge transfer, and policy enforcement.
- Administer calendar/email configurations, groups, aliases, and directories.
- Oversee Staffbase workflows, publishing governance, and API integrations.
- Manage Twilio/SendGrid-based messaging systems for enterprise communication.
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and platform security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
- Maintain SLAs, runbooks, and SOPs for smooth service operations.
- Coordinate escalations with vendors and internal IT teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of Gmail/Outlook admin controls, retention policies, MDM, and hybrid setups.
- Hands-on experience with Staffbase or similar broadcast platforms.
- Proficiency with Twilio/SendGrid APIs for email/SMS delivery and monitoring.
- Knowledge of compliance operations (legal holds, audit trails, SOC2/ISO/ITGC).
- Ability to create and maintain SOPs, escalation matrices, and knowledge base articles.
- Proven experience resolving incidents across multi-vendor environments.
