Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our corporate finance team in Delhi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end deal execution for large private equity engagements.About the Role:Lead Deal Execution: Drive end-to-end transaction execution for large PE engagementsBusiness Development: Generate ideas and leads for new projects and products, and support business development in areas like banking, NBFCs, insurance, asset management, fintech, and other financial services sub-segmentsCoverage and Research: Assist the team in coverage of selected sectors, financial products, trends, valuations, preparation of thought leadershipQuality Deliverables: Ensure high-quality deliverablesTeam Guidance: Guide the team and show commitment to driving transaction/project closuresRequirements:Qualifications: CA qualified/MBA with CFA and premier university preferredExperience: 8 to 11 years of relevant investment banking, equity research, or private equity experience in the Financial Services sectorIndustry Expertise: Deep understanding of companies and transactions in the financial services sector, as well as key metrics and industry benchmarksAcademic Performance: Excellent academic track recordCommunication Skills: Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with attention to detail, conciseness, and risk managementTechnical Skills: Strong Excel skills and commercial acumenTransaction Knowledge: Good understanding of transaction documents and key negotiation itemsAbout Us:We are a global leader in professional services, providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services.
