Over 3,000 firms across the globe, including 41 of the top 50 banks.Job Description –THE ROLE :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join as part of corporate reporting in shared service as “Corporate Finance manager”. As “Corporate Finance Manager,” you will be responsible for financial reporting, providing Audit support and strategic financial guidance to drive business growth and profitability. Must be flexible to work in shifts.RESPONSIBILITIES :You will be responsible for the following set of activities/requirements.- Support in the timely completion of quarter-end and year-end closing tasks within specified timelines. - Reviewing month-end reports including various accruals, prepayments and other journal entries in Oracle. - Reviewing Profit and Loss (P&L), Cost Center Analysis, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and conducting variance and risk analysis. - Support in preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for the entire group. - Develop and manage financial reports for senior finance stakeholders. - Work alongside SSC GL and reporting team ensuring accuracy of reported numbers and best practice followed - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and industry standards. - Analyzing and reviewing Trade Receivables, Accrued and Deferred Revenue. - Providing support for internal and group audits. Ensuring compliance with group policies and co-ordination during group audits - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. - Collaborating with Regional/Business/Financial Controllers and participating in regular review calls. - Monitoring and evaluating internal controls for processes to ensure compliance. - Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures. Engage in the documentation and enhancement of processes. - Demonstrating self-motivation to proactively initiate and coordinate with other teams to resolve unreconciled balances and address issues. - Flexibility and consistency to improve accuracy and speed of production, interpretation, and decision-making. - Develop, maintain, and continuously improve reporting solutions including business intelligence. - Conduct any additional / ad hoc projects, tasks, financial analysis or reports based on business requirements. - In situations where required, possesses the ability to lead and manage complex process related projects effectively, also ensure in providing direction, guidance, and support to team members.SKILLS :- Professional Qualification: Fully qualified as an CA /CMA/ICWA or other relevant accounting professional, with 5+ years of post qualified experience. - Accounting Standards Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of relevant accounting standards, such as IFRS. - Gained hands-on international accounting experience at Capitative BPO, managing global financial processes and compliance. - Analytical and Technical Skills: A strong ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic insights, with keen interest in and ability to leverage accounting technology to improve results - Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, and capable of effectively conveying financial information to both financial and non-financial senior stakeholders - Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting and budgeting deadlines. - Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to financial data and reports. - You should be adept at managing complex process related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and influencing decision-making. - You will possess extensive knowledge of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Balance Sheets, and financial statements. - You should uphold an elevated level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct. - Proficiency in Excel Macros and hands-on experience with Oracle or other ERP packages is essential.Thanks & Regards,Ashwini Gadde
