Pepper Content (www.peppercontent.io) is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem.
We are building a global SaaS-enabled marketplace for fast-growth SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers that helps marketers manage all their activities ranging from content creation to workflow management and content distribution.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, comfortable with uncertainty, flexible, great with people, understands our technical vision, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define target account criteria for ABM campaigns.
- Research and identify potential target accounts based on specified criteria.
- Build and maintain a database of target accounts and contacts using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Segment and categorise target accounts to enable personalised marketing efforts.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in the ABM database through regular audits and updates.
- Work closely with sales teams to align ABM databases with sales strategies and goals.
- Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ABM and database management.
- Understanding the right ICP of the company and doing Market Research
