Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Partner Program orchestration and management in relation to our strategic Alliance with Microsoft.This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the partner program's commercial marketplace solution management, access management, lead tracking, and issue resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Program Management: Own the partner program's orchestration and management, including commercial marketplace solution management, access management, lead tracking, and issue resolution.Commercial Marketplace Solution Management: Manage commercial marketplace listings, readiness, health, and conversion.Access Management: Oversee access management in partnership with Technology, including AOBO and other customer access relationships.Lead Tracking and Issue Resolution: Lead tracking & referral submissions in partnership with Sales leadership; lead flow routing, SLAs, and data quality; co-sell opportunity hygiene and conversion monitoring.Serve as Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights and recommendations on Partner Center benefits, co-sell motions, incentives, marketplace GTM, and other Microsoft partner programs.Reporting and Analytics Enablement: Partner with reporting/analytics functions to design and maintain executive-ready dashboards (e.g., ACR influence/credit, co-sell pipeline status, incentive attainment, claim cycle times, marketplace performance); ensure data integrity and single source of truth.RequirementsStrong Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets.Microsoft Partner Program Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft's partner programs, including Partner Center benefits, co-sell motions, incentives, and marketplace GTM.What We OfferCareer Growth Opportunities: We offer career growth opportunities for our employees to grow professionally and personally.Diverse and Inclusive Work Environment: We foster a culture of inclusion and fairness where diverse interests, experiences, and backgrounds are celebrated.Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to our employees.How to ApplyIf you are a motivated and talented professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
