Job Opportunity:This pivotal leadership position drives transformative change under GenpactNext, leading the shift to Agentic AI Solutions. You will help drive innovation adoption and oversee the transition of approximately 95,000 Full-Time Equivalents from traditional operational models to AO at scale.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Strategy & Design:Shape operating models, role archetypes, and governance for large-scale operations.Develop and execute an AO roadmap to achieve widespread adoption and integration with existing finance and accounting processes.Collaborate with COOs and CFO organizations to deliver commercial value propositions and track AO-driven efficiency metrics.Delivery Readiness & Client Success:Lead readiness initiatives to re-architect skills, responsibilities, and workflows in support of AO.Drive delivery efficiency and business outcomes in designated accounts through strategic partnerships and seamless hybrid models.Institutionalize quality assurance and governance frameworks to ensure consistent client experience and value realization.Change Leadership:Lead Change Management efforts to drive mindset shifts and process improvements across ecosystems.Collaborate with GDC leads to integrate AO into scaled delivery hubs and adopt Agentic-first ways of working.Customer Experience & Value:Oversee the Agentic Customer Experience function to ensure measurable value delivery for clients.Track and report on delivery excellence, efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction metrics.Embed continuous improvement across service lines and establish AO best practices.Responsible & Sustainable Operations:Partner with the Head of Responsible AI to embed ethics and observability into operations and ensure scalable, resilient AO practices.Talent & Capability Build:Develop a global AO talent strategy with new role archetypes and career pathways.Risk & Compliance Leadership:Anticipate and manage risks associated with AO adoption, workforce displacement, and compliance gaps.Thought Leadership & Influence:Represent Genpact externally at client forums to promote innovative solutions and thought leadership.
