HR Generalist

People Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the employee experience and operational excellence.Manage employee lifecycles from onboarding to exit, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and energized.Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing their queries and needs, including onboarding, documentation, policies, benefits, etc.Develop and implement programs and events to foster a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement.Key responsibilities include:Improving HR systems and processesManaging employee data and lifecycle updates in HR toolsExecuting internal policies for company asset and data managementPartnering with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectivesRequirements for this role include 4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist/people-ops experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies, managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance, and a track record of executing engagement or culture programs with measurable impact.We offer a fully remote work environment, big impact opportunities, lots of learning possibilities, and great benefits tailored for professional growth, productivity, health, and wealth.
