Job Title: Frontend DeveloperFast-Paced and Dynamic Environment:We are looking for a highly skilled frontend developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive, accessible and highly performant user interfaces using React and Next.js.Responsibilities:Design and implement data-driven dashboards and interactive visual componentsCollaborate closely with backend engineers to design, consume and integrate RESTful APIsImplement complex data visualizations and interactive dashboards for healthcare analyticsCreate smooth, performant animations, transitions and micro-interactions using GSAPWork with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Storage and related toolingUse and improve frontend tooling including Vite, Webpack and modern build systemsImplement and maintain state management solutions such as Redux or Context APIApply strong TypeScript practices, type safety principles and modern JavaScript techniquesOptimize performance, loading times and frontend architectureWrite maintainable, well-documented and thoroughly tested code using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright and related toolsParticipate in code reviews and guide discussions on frontend architecture and best practicesContribute to UI/UX improvements, design discussions and component-level decisionsTroubleshoot, debug and resolve complex frontend issues in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:3+ years of professional frontend development experienceProven track record of building and shipping production-grade web applicationsExpert-level proficiency in React and Next.jsStrong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills with deep understanding of type safetyProficiency with GSAP for building smooth, performant animationsStrong UI/UX sensibility and experience translating designs into responsive interfacesSolid understanding of backend systems, RESTful APIs and cross-team collaborationExperience with Google Cloud Platform, especially Cloud Run or Cloud StorageProficiency with tooling such as Vite, Webpack or similar build systemsExperience with state management (Redux, Context API or equivalent)Strong knowledge of responsive design and CSS-in-JS frameworksFamiliarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflowsStrong debugging and performance optimization skillsExperience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library or PlaywrightPreferred Skills:Data Structures and Algorithms proficiencyGoogle Cloud Platform certificationsExperience with healthcare or fintech applicationsFamiliarity with WebSockets or real-time communication patternsExperience with design systems, component libraries or UI frameworksKnowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAGExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deploymentsFamiliarity with monitoring tools and analytics for frontend performanceWhy Join Our Team:Fast-paced startup where your work ships quickly and makes an immediate impactOwnership of key features and autonomy in technical decisionsRemote-first culture with flexibility and trustOpportunity to build foundational pieces of a high-traction Silicon Valley health-tech platformJoin a highly technical team solving meaningful, real-world problems in healthcare
