We leverage the latest web technologies to create intuitive and impactful user experiences for our critical internal tools.About the RoleThis role involves designing, developing, and maintaining frontend projects, driving technical architecture, and contributing to the evolution of our platform's user-facing experiences. You will play a key part in leveraging the latest web technologies, including Next.js, React.js, JavaScript, CSS, TypeScript, AWS, and GraphQL, while collaborating on innovative projects that involve Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs).Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture and development of scalable, performant frontend systems using React (often with Next.js) and TypeScriptBuild elegant, intuitive interfacesCreate reusable component libraries and design systems to support consistency and velocity across multiple product surfacesOptimize web applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility at scaleIntegrate AI-driven product features and dynamic data flows into the frontend experienceWork within a modern cloud-native stack (e.g., Vercel, AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines) alongside backend and infra teammatesDesign, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, responsive user interfaces and components using React, NextJS, TypeScript, and Server-Side RenderingCollaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, backend engineers, and users to translate requirements and feedback into effective frontend solutionsTake ownership of the user experience, applying UI/UX best practices, proposing design improvements, and implementing solutions even when detailed mockups are not providedWrite robust unit tests for your code using frameworks like Vitest, and contribute to establishing and maintaining end-to-end testing practices (e.g., using Cypress or Playwright)Integrate frontend components with backend REST APIsParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectivesContribute to frontend architecture discussions, justifying design choices and helping implement scalable and maintainable solutionsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience6+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on frontend developmentProven expertise in building complex web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScriptStrong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Zustand, Redux, MobX) and the ability to adapt to existing patternsSolid understanding of responsive design principles and experienceWhy Work With Us?We offer a competitive compensation package with equity, flexible location and work-from-home options, medical, vision, and dental coverage, flexible vacation and PTO, and a supportive, highly collaborative team environment.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
