Advanced Analytics SpecialistJob Overview:We seek a seasoned Advanced Analytics Specialist with expertise in machine learning, Generative AI, and cloud-based platforms. This role entails designing, building, and deploying data-driven solutions leveraging generative models and cloud services.Key Responsibilities:1. Model Development & DeploymentDevelop, train, and optimize machine learning and generative AI models using Vertex AI tools.Build GenAI-driven applications such as chatbots, summarization tools, and automated decisioning systems.Implement and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) using Vertex AI Training, Vertex AI Pipelines, Vector Search, and Model Garden.2. Data Engineering & Pipeline ManagementDesign scalable data pipelines and feature stores using Python, Java, and cloud services.Work with structured and unstructured data, ensuring robust preprocessing and data transformations for ML readiness.3. Model Operations & MonitoringDeploy and monitor ML/GenAI models in production using Vertex Endpoints and CI/CD pipelines.Implement model versioning, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.Collaborate with MLOps engineers to scale models across environments.4. Cross-functional CollaborationCommunicate findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Must-Haves:Strong coding skills in Java and Python.Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings).Expertise with Google Cloud Vertex AI.Bonus Points:Experience with distributed computing frameworks.Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools.What We Offer:Opportunities to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and grow your skillset in the field of advanced analytics.
