Job OverviewAs a skilled Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for product costing activities within the SAP system. Your primary objective will be to ensure accurate standard costs and provide business insights to reduce variances.The role requires a thorough understanding of accounting principles, specifically in SAP product costing and end-to-end process knowledge. You will work closely with technology teams to establish processes for analysis of variances and perform ad hoc analysis as needed.Key Responsibilities:Establishing processes for analysis of variancesLiaising with technology teamsPerforming ad hoc analysisFurthermore, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a Certified/Qualified Accountant designation, and at least eight years of post-qualification work experience in a manufacturing organization.Proficiency in SAP MM and PP modules is essential, as well as analytical and logical thinking skills. Effective communication with stakeholders and the ability to work independently or within a team environment are also required.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong background in accountingCertified/Qualified Accountant designationAt least eight years of post-qualification work experience in a manufacturing organizationProficiency in SAP MM and PP modulesAnalytical and logical thinking skillsAdditionally, the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work independently or within a team environment is crucial for success in this role.
