About Us
Repill is a dynamic early-stage startup dedicated to transforming the healthcare industry through innovative solutions. We’re looking for a motivated Fleet Operations Manager to lead the recruitment and management of our delivery partner fleet, ensuring efficient and reliable service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, recruit, and onboard delivery partners to meet operational demands.
- Fleet Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the delivery fleet, including performance monitoring and compliance.
- Training & Support: Develop training programs to improve efficiency and ensure delivery partners align with company standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize routes, schedules, and processes for timely deliveries.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and resolve issues related to delivery performance.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all fleet operations adhere to legal and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fleet or logistics management, ideally in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using fleet management tools and data analytics.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of local geography and delivery logistics is a plus.
