Finance Operations Head

Job Title:Overview:The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits. They will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, prepare financial statements, MIS reports, P&L, balance sheets, and cash-flow summaries.They will manage accounts payable/receivable, banking, cash handling, and reconciliations. Establish strong internal controls, SOPs, and continuous process improvements. Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and overall cost structure. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, payroll tax, and all statutory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, CA firms, and financial consultants.Lead budgeting and financial planning for new projects, store expansions, or product lines.Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and risk assessments.Main Responsibilities:Oversee general office administration, facilities management, procurement, and vendor coordination. Ensure smooth execution of HR administrative tasks including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records. Supervise admin staff and maintain discipline, performance, and productivity. Manage contracts, agreements, and legal documentation while coordinating with legal advisors. Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory rules, and governance requirements.
