Job DescriptionAs a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and driving projects to successful completion.You will identify key barriers to project success and actively manage mitigation activities to ensure timely delivery and optimal results.Plan and execute high-level design and low-level design, implementation, and post-sales support.Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, including FAT and OSAT.Communicate project timelines to stakeholders and interface with management to report on project milestones.Manage multiple projects with varying complexity levels and achieve agreed-upon targets.Take ownership of project management aspects from requirements gathering to working with project management on compliance expectations.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including high-level design and low-level design.Compliance: Ensure adherence to both in-house and third-party product compliance standards, including FAT and OSAT.Communication: Maintain open communication with stakeholders, ensuring they are informed about project timeframes.Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with varying degrees of complexity.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, PMP, or CCSP preferred.Experience: At least 10 years of significant experience in a similar role, preferably in IT project management.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Project and familiar with IT project management tools such as tracking, reporting, and risk/issue mitigation software.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, ability to innovate and think outside the box, strong collaboration and communication skills.BenefitsOpportunity to work on complex projects and drive business growth.Collaborative work environment with experienced professionals.Professional development and growth opportunities.Competitive compensation package.OthersStrong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and tools.Familiarity with Linux administration, network configuration, and routing and switching concepts.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
