Job Summary:
We are looking for US IT recruiters that can help with all aspects of the hiring process, including sourcing, posting jobs, reviewing resumes, screening, conducting interviews, and hiring.
Location: Hitech City (Near T-Hub)
Duration: Full Time (EST Hours)
Note: We are only looking for mid-level recruiters.
Responsibilities:
Establish and implement recruiting strategies.
Drive the organization to build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions.
Effective use of Job Boards, obtaining leads and referrals, etc
Should be well versed and abreast of the latest technologies to effectively screen candidates for the given roles.
Assist with daily issue resolutions and ensuring appropriate job order coverage.
Review recruiter activity metrics against set expectations on a regular basis.
Establishes individual and team performance goals and tracks productivity.
Daily review of recruiters’ systems usage and compliance against expectations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 - 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT staffing
Should have worked on direct hires, contracts and contract-to-hire role.
Should have experience working with Direct clients, State/ Federal clients, and Tier 1 Vendors (Specifically Apex/Kforce).
Open to learning new methodologies and willing to challenge oneself
Experience in using job portals like Dice and Monster.
Great writing and communication skills are a must.
Strong Boolean search skills with job portals and social media like LinkedIn.
Excellent organizational, engaging people skills, with a track record of balancing multiple competing priorities.
Positive Attitude & Team Player.
Any Degree OR PG
