Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled US IT recruiter to join our team as a full-time employee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the hiring process, including sourcing, posting jobs, reviewing resumes, screening, conducting interviews, and hiring.
The location for this role is Hitech City (Near T-Hub), and the working hours are EST. We are looking for mid-level recruiters with a minimum of 4-6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT staffing.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement recruiting strategies to build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions.
- Drive the organization to use job boards effectively, obtain leads and referrals, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
- Assist with daily issue resolutions and ensure appropriate job order coverage.
- Review recruiter activity metrics against set expectations on a regular basis.
- Establish individual and team performance goals and track productivity.
- Daily review of recruiters' systems usage and compliance against expectations.
- Minimum 4-6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT staffing.
- Experience working with direct hires, contracts, and contract-to-hire roles.
- Experience working with direct clients, state/federal clients, and tier 1 vendors.
- Strong Boolean search skills with job portals and social media like LinkedIn.
- Excellent organizational, engaging people skills, with a track record of balancing multiple competing priorities.
- Positive attitude and team player.
