Program Leadership RoleThe primary objective of this position is to drive user acquisition by optimizing existing channels, actively exploring new growth opportunities, and implementing rapid experimentation.New Growth Channels:Research and test novel user acquisition channels.Execute pilot programs with clearly defined metrics.Recommend channels for scaling or discontinuation based on data-driven insights.Funnel Optimization (Existing Channels):Audit and enhance PPC, SEO, Social, and Affiliate funnels.Pursue ongoing CRO initiatives for landing pages and critical flows.Collaborate with Marketing/Product teams to boost efficiency and optimize LTV/CAC.Experimentation:Maintain a prioritized A/B testing pipeline across channels and funnels.Implement experiments using testing tools.Document hypotheses, results, and key takeaways.Data & Reporting:Ensure accurate tracking setup and data accuracy.Create dashboards and deliver regular KPI reports (CAC, LTV, conversions).Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks.Key QualificationsExperience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience driving growth initiatives in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or an analytical field.Analytical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager). Ability to perform spreadsheet analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) and apply basic statistical concepts related to A/B testing.Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with SQL, basic HTML/CSS, or specific channel management tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
