This role is designed explicitly as a COO‑track position, where the candidate spends 12–24 months deeply embedded in all business functions, mastering execution, systems, and leadership before taking over the entire operations charter.The CoS will:Drive execution across Sales, Ops, Product, Tech, BD, Digital, Brand & CXConvert CEO’s vision into measurable outcomesBuild systems, processes, dashboards, and operational excellence foundationsSolve cross-team dependencies and unblock executionStep into leadership gaps until permanently filledScale the business towards operational maturity and profitabilityBecome the CEO’s single-most trusted operating partnerResponsibilities:1.
