We’d love to meet you.The Role: Learning FacilitatorSubjects: HindiGrades: High SchoolLocation: Kannuru, Hennur-Bagalur Road, North BangaloreType: Full-TimeTimings: Mon–Fri (8 AM–5.30 PM) + alternate SaturdaysWhat You'll DoYou will:Plan child-centric learning experiences aligned with our pedagogyDesign lessons, games, and provocations that make children wonder, connect, and exploreFacilitate immersive sessions with openness to children's ideas and feedbackReflect, document, and co-learn from children's observationsCollaborate across disciplines to deliver connected, purpose-based learningCommunicate with parents regularly as learning partnersInnovate and iterate—because no plan is ever perfect, and every child is differentParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and reflection cyclesWhat We're Looking ForQualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (B.Ed optional but valuable if paired with mindset and skills)Experience: 3–5 years working with children or in creative/educational fieldsHindiStrong command over the language—spoken, written, and literaryPassion for making regional languages come alive through stories, plays, poetry, and everyday contextsExperience designing activities for learners with varied exposure levels, especially in multilingual classroomsThe capability to build language learning as a gateway to cultural connection and self-expressionMindset:Eager to learn and growComfortable with uncertainty and innovationDriven by empathy, purpose, and playful rigorSkills:Strong written & spoken communicationCreativity, collaboration, and self-leadershipTech fluency (Word, PPT, Excel)Bonus if you have:A background in psychology, facilitation, creative writing, or public speakingExperience in game design, curriculum development, or changemaker educationHow to ApplyWe care deeply about fit.
