Job Title: Regulatory Standards ConsultantDescription:Innodata is seeking a highly skilled legal specialist to serve as a consultant in the legal and regulatory space. This role will support standardization activities across multiple siloed legal processes in different countries, focusing on the primary sources workflow.The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts and legal experts to analyze individual countries' primary source workflow, data, and files.They will collaborate with business analysts to create consolidated and standardized processes and data based on individual countries' processes, highlighting instances where local countries cannot conform to standards.The consultant will produce deliverables for standardized processes, including process documentation (as-is documentation and to-be process design), spreadsheets containing standardized data elements for various processes, and reports on the status of standardization efforts.They will attend regular Program Board meetings and serve as a legal expert representative, contributing to discussions and decisions related to standardization initiatives.Required Skills:Proven experience as a legal expert, with in-depth knowledge of primary sources of law in the European region.Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging presentations.Bilingualism or multilingualism, particularly in EU languages, is highly valued.Strong experience in legal business process consulting is essential.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced legal professional to contribute to Innodata's standardization initiatives.
