Responsibilities- Drive overall business strategy and growth for the brand in India and beyond.- Build partnerships with designers, influencers, and retail collaborators.- Oversee marketing, finance, and operations to scale efficiently.- Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations.- Guide product and brand positioning with a strong sense of fashion and trend insight.- Recruit, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team. Ideal Candidate- Background in business, entrepreneurship, or brand management (experience in fashion, retail, or D2C is a big plus).- Deep appreciation for style, fashion, and jewelry trends.- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach — equally comfortable in boardrooms and creative sessions.- Proven leadership ability with an entrepreneurial mindset.- Hungry to build something iconic from the ground up. Compensation- This is an equity-only founding role to begin with, transitioning to a salaried position as the company scales.
