About the job (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for achieving annual sales budget and profit objectives in line with Nouryon Home and Personal Care division growth strategy.
- To manage, develop and grow key accounts by offering consumer centric solutions to customers in collaboration with Application labs.
- Co-ordination with Global team and Key local projects.
- To establish and maintain and maintain healthy interpersonal relations with customers.
- Meet customers regularly and understand customers market/ consumer needs, market opportunities or problems and offer them a Nouryon innovation.
- To negotiate price, services to win and gain aggressive business share from competition.
- To understand an evolving market and customer needs.
- To proactively increase customer base by generating new opportunities, thereby ensuring sales.
- To work closely with Application labs.
- Manage key accounts (Global and Local).
- To develop an enriched offering kitty for having loyal customer base.
- To follow a highly customer oriented and professional approach for all job responsibilities.
- Maintain and grow Key account in India.
- Maintain annual contracts for business.
- Work closely with Innovation and application team by developing useful concepts for customers.
- Responsible for inventory investment and inventory control by way of forecasting customer requirement.
- Distribution Partner management.
- Maintain existing base and grow as per Budgeted targets.
- Plan and to achieve profit margins.
- Ensure receivable.
- Presentation skill with good communication.
- Must work as a team player.
We believe you bring (Education & Experience):
- Minimum 8-10 years in home care market or connected Chemical Industries.
- Masters/bachelor's degree in chemical, Cosmetics, Pharma, Biotechnology or any Science stream.
- Business qualification desirable.
Skills Required:
- Entrepreneurial drive.
- Customer Orientation.
- Technical & Market knowledge
- Ability to handle client meetings and large audience such as technical Seminar, Exhibitions etc.
- Negotiation.
- Prospecting and Analysis
- A good communication.
- Relationship building.
