About the Role:

Seeking a visionary and strategic leader to establish and grow our Data, AI, and Automation Practice. This role will drive innovation, business transformation, and operational excellence by leveraging cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic foresight, and leadership acumen to deliver transformative solutions that enhance our clients' competitiveness in an increasingly digital world.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategy for building and scaling the Data, AI, and Automation practice, focusing on creating value-driven offerings in areas such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, IoT/Edge Computing, and Digital Workflows.
  • Develop and implement a platform-centric growth strategy that fosters innovation and non-linear business expansion
  • Act as a thought leader, delivering insights and shaping the market perception of the company as a leader in AI-driven transformation.
  • Design and lead the delivery of AI-powered platforms and solutions, including intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and enterprise-grade AI systems.
  • Architect scalable data ecosystems such as data lakes, data warehouses, and customer data platforms to support business growth
  • Innovate and implement AI solutions such as dynamic pricing models, conversational AI systems, and AI-driven process automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build robust governance frameworks to ensure the successful delivery of multi-million-dollar AI and automation programs across industries, such as financial services, manufacturing, and capital markets.
  • Establish technical policies, delivery frameworks, and best practices to ensure the seamless integration of AI and automation solutions into business operations.
  • Create reusable assets, accelerators, and PoCs to speed up solution development and delivery.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of data scientists, AI engineers, and technologists, fostering an innovative and collaborative culture.
  • Scale the practice by developing internal capabilities and external partnerships to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market.
  • Build a talent pipeline and create learning programs to upskill teams in advanced AI and automation technologies
  • Partner with clients to define and execute data and AI transformation roadmaps, addressing their unique challenges and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Drive client engagement strategies, building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the collaboration with platform and technology partners (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, UiPath, LCNC platforms, ServiceNow) to co-develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging trends in AI, cloud, and automation, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of technological advancements.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering.
  • 15+ years of exp in IT services or consulting, with a minimum of 7 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling data, AI, or automation practices.
  • Experience in delivering large-scale programs leveraging AI, cloud, and automation technologies.
