Looking for a Freelance HCM Cloud Specialist to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 8+ yrs. of experience.

Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q2 2025.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end HCM implementation projects with a focus on Core HR and Talent Management.
  • Configure, test, and deploy solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide support during UAT and post-go-live.
  • Ensure best practices and compliance in HCM processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide production support for HCM Cloud applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest HCM Cloud releases and recommend improvements.


Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in HCM implementations.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR and Talent Management modules.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Good to Have

  • Exposure to additional HCM Cloud modules (Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits).
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
  • Experience with integrations and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL).
