Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Platform Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing fast, clear, and accurate live chat and email support to our global trading community.Your primary focus will be on helping traders navigate our platform features, trade analytics, and reports.
