About this RoleJob Title: Product OwnerExperience: 8-11 YearsLocation: Remote, IndiaThis is a dynamic role that requires a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead our product development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain in-depth understanding of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) terms, industry standards, business processes, and Ensemble's applications and information flowAnalyze and document business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing solutions to drive growth and revenueBUILD process flows for current and future state, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processesBreak down business needs into features and stories, creating clear and concise documentation to communicate with stakeholdersPrioritize product backlog items based on changing requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectivesWork collaboratively with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver updates, driving innovation and continuous improvementParticipate in grooming, scrum meetings, and product sprints, providing input and guidance to ensure successful project outcomesPerform feature acceptance and demonstrate deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring high-quality resultsRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Knowledge of Healthcare - RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) or InsuranceKnowledge of product development architecture and Agile methodologiesStrong collaboration skills, with ability to partner with others to solve problems and drive smooth deliveryExcellent business analysis, documentation, and presentation skillsQuick learner with ability to lead from the frontAbout UsWe are a leading player in the industry, offering an environment that fosters growth, creativity, and collaboration.
