The successful candidate will lead the PMO function, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, optimizing processes, and enabling leadership with actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:Developing and enforcing project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance across all projects and programs.Designing and implementing portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using advanced Excel and visualization tools.Driving data analysis and trend identification to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects and programs.Facilitating executive governance meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Mentoring and coaching PMO analysts and project coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence.Collaborating with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Qualifications and Skills:5+ years of experience in PMO, program management, or portfolio governance roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros/VBA, complex modeling, and automation).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools.Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Experience in financial management for projects.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
