Senior Fraud Solutions Designer

As a senior fraud engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing fraud prevention strategies and solutions to protect the company's revenue and assets.About the RoleThe role involves analyzing signalling data from a fraud perspective, producing reports that capture root cause analysis of issues, and recommending solutions. You will also create rules in the FMS/firewalls to generate alarms for potential frauds and work with internal teams to coordinate the deployment of new products and services.Key Responsibilities and DutiesAnalyze relevant signalling data (SIP, SS7, Diameter protocol) from the fraud perspective and produce meaningful reports capturing root cause analysis of the issues identified, magnitude of the issue, and recommended solution for the same.Create rules in the FMS/firewalls to generate alarms for potential frauds.Coordinate with technical support team from external suppliers of FMS tools and firewalls.Validate new product implementations as part of the UAT.Be excellent at presentation skills.Mandatory Experience & Skills5+ years of experience in analytics.3+ years of relevant professional work experience in the telecom industry on signaling protocols.Must have working knowledge on signaling protocols from a fraud perspective.Role holder must have telecommunications network architecture knowledge.Strong understanding of latest industry standards tools, techniques, and procedures associated with fraud detection and prevention.Preferred Experience & SkillsExperience in a cross-functional and global environment.Verbal and written communication in Japanese is preferred but not required.
