Mode of work: Work from Office Experience: 12+ Years of Experience About the job We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong data engineering background. The role involves leading technology innovation in ETL technology, managing high-quality software projects, and solving complex business challenges using modern data and analytics technologies. You will lead cross-functional teams, plan project timelines, anticipate risks, and ensure project objectives are met within scope and budget. Responsibilities : Lead technical feasibility and project estimation with accountability. Engage with project management, architecture, and engineering leaders to ensure tactical roadmaps are in place. Simplify technical and dependency complexity to reduce delivery risks. Oversee the development lifecycle of the solution. Collaborate with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach. Define quarterly objectives and assignments for product teams. Work with all stakeholders to assign teams, define milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Plan for risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and provide escalation management. Develop capacity models and estimation frameworks to handle discovery and uncertainty. Facilitate regular team meetings to determine progress and resolve challenges. Mitigate risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Requirements Must have: Bachelor's degree in engineering. Minimum 12 years of IT experience, including 4-5 years in a Project Manager role. Strong project management and leadership skills. Experience in solution design for insurance, banking, or healthcare services. Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences. Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
