Job Overview:We are seeking a senior data scientist to lead the development of data-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement data pipelines to ingest and model data from various sources, including Shopify, GA4, ESP, CRM, and ad platforms.Design and implement feature engineering workflows to build offline and online features for predictive modeling, including propensity and clustering.Stand up reproducible training pipelines with experiment tracking, hyperparameter search, and evaluation using Python, SQL, and dbt.Package models in Docker containers and deploy them to managed services such as Vertex, SageMaker, and Cloud Run.Implement orchestration tools like Airflow and Prefect to schedule jobs and manage dependencies.Monitor and optimize model performance using Great Expectations and dbt tests.Requirements:7-10+ years of experience shipping DS/ML systems to production.Fluency in Python, SQL, and a major cloud platform (GCP or AWS), with BigQuery/Snowflake and dbt experience.MLOps expertise, including MLflow, Weights & Biases, Feast, and feature stores.Ability to design measurement plans and communicate trade-offs clearly.Thrives in ambiguity and owns outcomes end-to-end.
