We combine AI-powered insights, data-driven strategies, and performance-focused execution to turn organic traffic into revenue, leads, and tangible ROI.You’ll lead high-impact campaigns, innovate with AI/LLM-assisted SEO, and deliver real business growth, not just vanity metrics.What You'll DoLead and mentor the SEO team — plan campaigns, review work, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution.Develop and implement organic growth strategies that directly generate revenue — including technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content-led initiatives.Conduct site audits, migrations, and redesign support to maximize search visibility and conversions.Optimize websites for high-quality traffic and conversions, ensuring crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, mobile-first performance, and speed.Perform keyword research, content planning, and optimization focused on revenue-generating search intent.Track and report SEO KPIs that matter: traffic → leads → conversions → revenue.Stay ahead of trends: AI/LLM-powered SEO, AEO, GEO, voice search, and zero-click SERPs.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders — clients and internal teams — to ensure SEO drives measurable business outcomes.What we're looking for4–7 years hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).Proven experience driving revenue through SEO — not just rankings or traffic.Strong technical SEO expertise, on-page/off-page optimization, and content strategy.Experience leading a team and managing multi-client campaigns with measurable results.Analytical mindset — able to translate data into actionable growth plans.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Passion for staying ahead of search trends, AI-driven SEO, and performance-driven marketing.Must be in Chennai and available for immediate joining.BonusExperience with Australian or global clients.Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, headless CMS).Prior experience with AI-driven or generative SEO content strategies.Schedule: Monday to FridayTo Apply: hrindia@elephantintheboardroom.co.in
