SEO & Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an SEO & Lead Generation Specialist to grow organic search as our #1 lead source. You will be responsible for SEO strategy, backlink building, blog writing, and website conversion optimization focused on generating qualified inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning.
  • Optimize website pages for SEO performance and conversions.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals, indexation, internal linking, schema, and on-page SEO.
  • Build 8+ high-quality backlinks per month through outreach and partnerships.
  • Write 4 SEO-optimized blog posts per month targeting high-intent keywords.
  • Implement CTAs, quote forms, pop-ups, and landing page improvements.
  • Track performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush and prepare monthly reports.

Key Performance Targets

  • 150+ qualified leads per month from SEO (within 6 months).
  • 8+ high-authority backlinks monthly (DA 30+).
  • 4 high-quality SEO blog posts per month.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven SEO lead generation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO/Clearscope.
  • Experience ranking content for commercial + transactional intent keywords.
  • Ability to write SEO-friendly, value-driven blogs.
  • Basic understanding of CRO, landing pages, and CTA testing.
