Job SummaryThe Technical Program Director will lead the development and delivery of large-scale technology initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong technical background, experience with SaaS projects, and the ability to collaborate closely with senior leaders.About the RoleDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables; maintain plans, schedules, and cross-functional roadmaps.Work closely with senior leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives.Translate business vision into actionable project plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.Drive alignment across teams including engineering, product, design, customer success, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.Lead cross-functional workstreams and serve as a central coordination point between senior leaders and functional teams.Provide regular updates, risk assessments, and data-driven recommendations for decision-making.Manage dependencies, streamline workflows, and ensure accountability across teams.Translate business requirements into technical tasks and support engineering teams with architecture and integration decisions.Oversee delivery of SaaS products, features, and integrations, including cloud deployments, releases, and versioning.Ensure product reliability, scalability, and performance align with industry best practices.Collaborate with customer success and product teams to improve onboarding, adoption, and customer experience.Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders; communicate updates, risks, and blockers clearly.Lead project meetings, planning sessions, retrospectives, and cross-team discussions.Track budgets, optimize resource allocation, and forecast capacity across project phases.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.At least 8 years of experience in SaaS project management, software development, or related field.Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud platforms, agile methodologies, and DevOps.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner closely with senior leaders.Experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and designers.A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including:An annual salary range of $150,000 - $200,000.A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.A generous 401(k) matching program.Flexible PTO policy and paid holidays.A state-of-the-art office space with modern amenities.About UsWe are a rapidly growing technology company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for our customers.
