Job Title: Statistical Programmer LeadDescriptionLead programming activities for clinical studies, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Implement programming standards, processes, and best practices to support ongoing studies and requests.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of programming tasks.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain programming documentations following established standards and processes.Create SDTM mapping specifications and ADaM specifications adhering to CDISC standards.Develop SAS programs for dataset creation and reporting following CDISC guidelines.Contribute to the development of standard macros and participate in establishing statistical programming standards.RequirementsMinimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with 7-8+ years of programming experience in clinical data processing.Strong SAS programming skills with excellent analytical skills and working knowledge of other programming languages.Great understanding of pharmaceutical clinical development principles, regulatory submissions, and CDISC standards.Ability to work independently and on global interdisciplinary teams with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Leadership SkillsExperience in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and developing process improvements.Excellent leadership, analytical, and technical skills required for this role.About This RoleThis position requires a strong leader with technical expertise and business acumen.The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams, managing projects, and driving process improvements.Key QualificationsStrong leadership and technical skills with ability to drive results-oriented initiatives.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
