Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding & Listing Manager located in Mapusa, Goa. The role involves managing the on-boarding process for new properties, maintaining property listings, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring high standards of satisfaction and property presentation.

Negotiate, review, and secure homeowners‘ signatures on rental agreements
Plan and set timelines, resource allocations to ensure timely property launches for rentals
Coordinating with HO regarding their inventory check and procurement and keeping in touch till the property is live on all platforms
Vendor management: Finalize and approve vendor quotations, negotiate with photographers, and establish deadline
Oversee inventory checks and procurement, with a preference for knowledge in interior design
Regular Site Visits: Conduct frequent visits to our new projects to check if the property is ready for rentals
Be able to write content for property listing, description and things to do around the area with proper English
Work with the team to ensure that the process for listing is smooth without delays or escalations
Analyze and optimize listings to improve visibility and conversion rates
Monitor and report on listing performance metrics
Stay updated on OTA platform changes and industry best practices
Address inquiries and resolve issues related to OTA listings
Lead a team includes inventory management, procurement, listings executives, and photographers
Work collaboratively with various teams to achieve shared goal

Qualifications
Bachelor‘s degree in Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years experience in the travel or hospitality industry
Have worked with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, Marriott, Agoda, etc)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Decision making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
