Lead NEET Category SpecialistThis role requires someone with in-depth knowledge of the NEET ecosystem, who loves academic operations and can build the NEET category from scratch with full ownership.Main Responsibilities:Build the End-to-End NEET Vertical: Develop content, manage teachers, oversee operations, and define product strategy.Academic Calendar Planning: Plan learning journeys and course structure for NEET batches.Pricing Strategy: Create pricing models, packaging options, and scaling strategies for NEET courses.Faculty Management:Faculty Hiring and Coordination: Identify, recruit, and coordinate with NEET faculty (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).SME Management: Hire and coordinate with subject matter experts for question banks, notes, tests, and study modules.Content Creation and Delivery:Lecture and DPP Creation: Oversee the development of lectures, study materials, mock tests, and crash courses.Tech and Design Support: Coordinate with design, video, and tech teams to deliver a smooth learning experience.Operations and Team Management:Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day activities, class schedules, doubt solving, and planning.Team Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between teachers, ops, tech, and student support teams.Progress Tracking: Monitor academic progress, student feedback, and ensure timely execution.Marketing and Outreach:Brand Positioning: Collaborate with the marketing team on launch campaigns and NEET brand positioning.Outreach Strategies: Support YouTube integrations, ads, and outreach strategies.Numerous skills are required for this position.
