We build intelligent solutions that empower individuals and organizations to bridge the skills gap and achieve their full potential.Our team is seeking a highly skilled data scientist with expertise in various aspects of data science.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.Machine Learning Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for skill prediction, personalized learning recommendations, and intelligent matchmaking.Clustering and Segmentation: Apply clustering techniques to segment users based on skills, career goals, and learning preferences.Embedding and Similarity Analysis: Create and utilize embeddings to measure the similarity between skills, jobs, and learning resources.Statistical Modeling and Analysis: Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, test hypotheses, and validate model performance.Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering: Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis and modeling.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and communicate results.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants should have:3-5 years of experience as a data scientist or similar role.Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.Experience with clustering, embedding, similarity analysis, and segmentation analytics.Proficiency in statistical science, including K-Means, Cosine Similarity, and other relevant methods.Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing environments.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.A strong portfolio of data science projects demonstrating your skills and experience.We welcome applications from qualified candidates who share our passion for innovation and excellence.
