Tech Stack:

  • Frontend: ReactJS, TypeScript, Redux, React Native

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS software development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and React Native .
  • Strong expertise in Redux and modern front-end development practices.
  • Prior experience in a senior or lead position, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of backend API integration and web application performance optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing AI-driven or workforce management platforms.
  • Previous experience working in a distributed team setup.
