at the centre of our International division's ambitious growth strategy we are currently working towards multi-year effort to implement a consistent digital strategy for the International Market.The Position:Reporting to the Service delivery Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for on time delivery of test planning and executions activities in the delivery of Quality Assurance (QE) Testing for new or modified applications/systems across multiple platforms.  The QA & Testing Analyst will be a high-performing individual who is methodical, inquisitive and has a passion for quality.  They will partner with their Scrum Team and business colleagues on a journey of continuous learning and improvement to ensure ongoing optimisation of quality first delivery capability in support of key strategic outcomes for our business.   Working across our IM IT Team to deliver successful Automation Engineer Analyst solutions enabling all methodologies but with a focus on SAFe Agile.  You will work with individuals from across the world, with both in-person and remote teams.Main Duties / Responsibilities:Responsible for delivery QA targets for the assigned projectsProduct understanding and creating test designExecute test cases and report bugs on the toolContribute in test automation life cycle, like development, execution and timely maintainDetermine priority for test cases and create effective execution plansParticipate in defect triage and RCAParticipate in PI & Sprint planning and Agile ceremoniesTrack & report progress of testing as per the planContribute towards Sprint retrospective and continuous improvement initiativesImplement test techniques , methodologies and tools to achieve high-level of test coverageMentoring & developing the Junior resourcesAdheres to the organization's Quality Engineering best practices and help to drive changes to achieve more efficiencyRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least two, typically five or more years' experience in a system quality environment, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience2 - 4 Yrs. experience in Software QE – ETL TestingGood experience in validating data extraction, transformation and load functionality of the ETL processStrong knowledge on SQL queries, stored procedures and experience of doing backend testingExperience of working on ETL testing tools and validation across multiple database typesExperience in test automation using coding, preferably python codeStrong knowledge on SQL queries and experience of doing backend testingGood experience of working in all phases of Test Cycle (Test Design, Test Execution, Defect management & reporting)Good knowledge on using Microsoft SQL server toolKnowledge of the Healthcare Insurance IndustryBroad knowledge of the Software Delivery Lifecycle with specific expertise of Software TestingProven experience of working within an Agile environmentBroad knowledge of automated testing and modelling toolsGreat knowledge of change management and test case generation techniquesCompetent user of Microsoft office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsComfortable working independently, leading a team or as part of a teamDemonstrate accuracy and possess a keen eye for detailStrong interest in personal developmentDesirable Skills and ExperienceISTQB Foundation or Intermediate CertifiedDB & API testingTest Automation using Python programming knowledgeETL tool knowledge like SSISAutomation Engineer Analyst[ETL Tester]Band 2About Cigna:Cigna exists to improve lives.  Together, with our 74, 000 employees worldwide that service Cigna, Express Scripts and other affiliate customers, we aspire to transform health services, making them more affordable and accessible to millions.We are going through an exciting period of expansion;
