You'll be instrumental in ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve crafting and executing both exploratory and automated tests, planning and coordinating testing activities and driving the resolution of quality issues.What You'll Do:Develop and refine test strategies for exciting new projects and featuresEnsure products and systems are flawless and meet top-tier quality standardsCreate and execute comprehensive test plans to achieve objectivesAutomate critical tests and user journeys to maintain robust monitoringImplement and oversee test scripts to evaluate functionality, reliability, performance, and overall qualityInfuse creativity and initiative into enhancing test coverage and methodologiesRequirements:3+ years in QA, with experience in writing and executing test plans for SaaS products, including web and mobile applications2+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation, including designing and writing automated testsExpertise in modern technologies for building automated testing capabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in scripting languagesProficiency in agile methodologies, ideally ScrumExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalTech Stack:Automation tools for test cases, plans, and reportingProject Management: JIRA for stories, tasks, and defect trackingApplications: Angular, Dot NetVersion Control: GitHubProduct Management: Productboard for the roadmap and feature discoveryDocumentation: Confluence for knowledge managementBenefits:A pivotal role in the rising FSM Solution with a variety of missions and projectsA unique opportunity to shape the future of their innovative platformA professional, international team with a flat hierarchy and a collaborative environmentA vibrant and supportive workplaceWhy Join Us?Wello Solutions is not just a FSM Company; it's a movement toward redefining field service excellence globally.
